So I decided tonight to look at all my facebook tagged pictures. I’d say I got facebook when I was 15 so there is a significant amount of my life on that silly little website. I went for a wonderful run outside today
It was perfect weather, beautiful and sunny; I wasn’t cold at all and I still sweat a little. My route took me 30 minutes but I walked for 3ish minutes which is pretty nice. For the past few weeks I’ve just been running inside on a treadmill because the weather has been awful and this past week I’ve been doing KILLER thigh and glut exercises, but surprisingly, my but is hurting...
