Attempting to put my biased opinions on smoking aside, I think that smoking should be banned on all government properties. Parks, municipal properties, sidewalks, you name it. I think that 95% of the smoking population do know the health effects of smoking and second hand smoking, and thereby should be considerate to others who choose not to partake in the activity.
